Accessibility Statement

EZrider exists to make the NYC subway more usable for riders with mobility needs. The app itself is built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA where possible.

What we do

Every interactive control has a text label and a minimum 44px hit target.
Color is never the only indicator — status is also stated in words.
Reports show a plain-text summary in addition to icons.
Push notifications are opt-in and can be turned off anytime.

Known limitations

The map view relies on screen navigation; a text list of every station is available in the Following and Alerts tabs.
MTA station names may not always match what riders call a station colloquially.
